Cancellation Policy
I kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of my style services at Mad About Fashion. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be seeking my services. Please note that failure to provide the required notice may result in a cancellation fee. Additionally, it is kindly requested that payment is made by the day of the scheduled style consultation to secure your appointment.
Within reason in the event of an unavoidable emergency, all or part of the cancellation fee might be brought forward to future services. This is up to the digression of Mad About Fashion.
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel, I will give you notice and we will reschedule.
Sharing information on Social Media
I am aware some of my clients request privacy when working with me. This will be discussed and if you are not comfortable being shared on my social media and website, your styling experience will remain private.
Travel Cost
As noted in my packages, I am able to travel to suit your needs within Victoria. If you wish to shop elsewhere I will incur an extra fee. All travel further than 20km one way outside Melbourne will also incur an additional fee that will be added to your invoice.
